The first lesson of the onboarding training is conducted by Hou Qian from the Human Resources and Administration Department, focusing on learning about the company culture. Subsequently, safety manager Wang Qifeng watched some accident pictures, combined with the actual situation of the company, and encouraged new employees to learn from safety accident cases, pay attention to potential safety hazards in safety production, in order to prevent safety accidents from happening. Only by strengthening their own prevention awareness and improving their ability to prevent accidents.
Finally, preliminary training was conducted by Zhou Suwen, a trainer for the OA system from the information department, and Han Qinran, a trainer for the TMS system. This allowed everyone to have a better understanding of the company's system and improve their work efficiency in future applications.
